| Vandaag een verjaardagskaart voor mijn oom die vandaag 79 jaar is geworden....Een creatie in de vorm van een rondvaartboot met een grote bos tulpen op de bovenkant van de boot..... De boot met tulpen zijn er in 3D opgemaakt met glitter op de tulpen... Today a Birthday card for my uncle who turned 79 today..... A creation in the shape of a tour boat with tulips at the top of the boat.. The boat with the tulips are made in 3D with glitter on the accents of the tulips.... |

| Het plaatje bij de boot is van de Paper Nest Dolls en is in vele lagen gemaakt met glitter op de zakjes van zijn blouse.... Verder heb ik er gele vlagjes bijgedaan op de boot een verjaardags groet en rechts de letters van zijn naam op de boot (Nico).... Bij de tulpen nog een 3D gele vlinder en een paar bijtjes ook met glitter... The image by the boat is from The paper Nest Dolls and is made in many layers with glitter on the pockets of his blouse... Further have I add some yellow flags on the boat and a Birthday greeting with on the right the letters of his name (Nico)... By the tulips a yellow 3D butterfly and some bees both with glitter.... |

| En dit is de achterkant van de rondvaartboot ook weer in 3d erop gemaakt en met glitter op de tulpen.....Ik heb ook hier gele vlagjes op de boot gedaan met op het dek een hondje.... And this is the back of the tour boat again made in 3D with glitter on the tulips.... Here also some yellow flags on the boat and you see a dog on the deck.... |

What a wonderful birthday card, I love all the details on it, and how realistic it looks with all the layers. The motif of a boat and tulips is such a Dutch classic, and it's perfectly put together for the special occasion without looking too stereotypical. The shimmering accents are a great touch, too.
